Sven Ulreich will sit on the bench in the Champions League and his future will be discussed after the tournament. Ulreich has inquiries from England and Germany and could be a candidate again for Schalke after Alexander Schwolow joined Hertha BSC [Kicker] pic.twitter.com/NrIrDWv58Z— Bayern & Germany (@iMiaSanMia) August 5, 2020

looks like Trapp after impressing vs Spain in NL is once again linked with EPL and La Liga moves although seems like Frankfurt still wants him and could cost $15M.
Pollersbeck is linked to being Ligue 1 Lyon club #2. https://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/Pollersbeck-hambourg-se-rapproche-de-l-ol/1171458

Another former youth NT keeper abroad. Marvin Schwäbe's Brondby side won 2-1 in the derby against FC Kobenhavn today.
Nübel could go out on loan, but that also depends upon whether Ulreich moves as he wants to leave Bayern as well. Nübel's future is tied to Sven Ulreich's future. Ulreich wants to leave to be a first-team player elsewhere, but as of yet, nobody has made an offer to Bayern Munich. #FCBayern— Ronan Murphy (@swearimnotpaul) September 28, 2020

if only Leno can play well for dfb. Neither he nor ter Stegen have ever looked anything but average for dfb. Trapp has been solid in every game so far in comparison. its why for dfb what one does for club isn't always good indicator.
Former youth NT keeper Daniel Mesenholer moves to Heracles Almelo in the Eredivisie. Looks like he'll be the back up to Blaswich.

(☀️) Ter Stegen 🇩🇪 demands to be the highest paid goalkeeper in the world. He asks for €18m/year net. The board wants to make him their 2nd best paid player after Messi 🇦🇷 but some believe that these demands are "out of the market". 💰[@rubenuria] #FCB pic.twitter.com/IZE2VB4VqY— RouteOneFootball (@Route1futbol) October 12, 2020
Ulreich is the first HSV keeper to keep a clean sheet in his first two games since 1963. pic.twitter.com/MdTX56ATgV— HSV News English (@HSVnewsEN) October 21, 2020
Manuel Neuer celebrated his 200th clean sheet for FC Bayern in just 394 games. Neuer overtook Sepp Maier who kept 199 clean sheets in his 651 games and is still behind Oliver Kahn. Kahn kept 247 clean sheets in his 14 years at Bayern, playing in 632 matches. #FCBAtleti pic.twitter.com/DQxqOzoP1J— Bayern & Germany (@iMiaSanMia) October 22, 2020
Alex Nübel will start for Bayern vs Atletico https://www.ligainsider.de/mobile/a...uebel-vertritt-manuel-neuer-in-der-cl-296592/
Looking at GK's born 1992 and onwards: 92) Ter Stegen, Leno, Schwolow 93) Horn, Karius 94) Vlachodimos (Greece), Zentner, Pollersbeck 95) Gersbeck, Wellenreuther, Schwäbe, Zetterer 96) Nübel 97) Florian Müller 98) Schubert, Bansen, Dahmen 99) Lennart Grill 00) Früchtl, Vincent Müller 01) Unbehaun From 94 and onwards there's quite a dearth of elite level depth. Nübel was seemingly on the way up and sitting on Bayern's bench doesn't exactly help someone improve. While Florian Müller is getting steady play this season at Freiburg, but I can only say he's generally okay-good. Schubert has the same issue as Nübel, just sitting on the bench. Tbh, most players from 98 and onwards are still a big question mark until they start doing something substantial at the pro level
Florian Müller got his first clean sheet of the season as Freiburg won vs Arminia Bielefeld Wellenreuther has been starting the past 4 games for Anderlecht and has 2 clean sheets in there
ignore all bench gks and 3rd liga and under. If someone wants a full list of GK pool, I'll do one 97-Kastenmeier, established himself in 1BL last season and still #1 99-Okoye poached by Nigeria and #1 in Eredivisie that's it from 96-onwards. It bugs me that decent GK like Okoye is #1 in league while better GK rot in lower German levels. GK is becoming harder because, -clubs transfer older GK with experience -lack of mobility from 2BL-3rd Liga to 1BL. 1BL prefers 1st division abroad.... -need #1 to flop, injured or leave to get chance -even useless games..........nope play #1 or some irrelevant GK instead of younger. Hoff useless game plays 35 year old GK, wtf..... -lack of trust, always an older 2nd who block youngsters and lack of guts to throw in young ones/ it'll be very hard going forward.
Himmelmann has been bust at Pauli in 2BL so 97 GK Brodersen played in XI. on 97-Brodersen and 99-Smarsch The coach was "very satisfied" with the performance of the 23-year-old, but St. Pauli also has another good goalkeeper in the squad in Dennis Smarsch, "so let's have a look"
