Sure glad Liedson put all this NT stuff out of the spotlight, and resume his scoring ways. Shame the same thing can't be said for Yannick, this kid still can't finish for the life of him.

Well deserved 3 points from a lackluster performance, but again PB still wasted 2 subs to get this team rolling. Veloso should start at LB, until Marques gets some experience in cup games.

Tonel returned to his old form, and will be interesting to see the competition between him and Polga, because Carrico is untouchable at the moment.

Vuk's gets a undeserved yellow from the idiot ref, which btw should have stopped the game on the throw in while a PF player was down. He allowed the game to continue, and Vuk's puts the ball out only to be pushed by a PF player, then he cards both of them, Idiot.

Liedson is a legend of Sporting 100 goals now for him in the league.

without him wed seriously be screwed. the amount of times during the stale paulo bento era where he scores or sets up the winner, no other individual matches his influence on a team and getting results in our league.

how about that Joao Moutinho cross.. hes having a good season althoug some still fail to recognize what a quality player he really is.

yannick has been playing well of late but yeah, like every other portuguese born striker he just isnt efficient enough at scoring goals.

still he has something like 2 golas in 4 games which is good so far

IMO yesterdays victory was a tribute to the support the claques gave the team. Considering the poor play on the field they relentlessly cheered.

man, SCP's play is soo uninspiring. very little creativity. I'm starting to get reall tired of Bento's tactics or lack of.

Considering in 2 weeks were away to Porto really doesn't look good.

But I blieve that this can be the turn around game.
Let's just hope Bento fields the right players, instead of trying foolish lineups.

    It's a ploy, a smoke screen to confuse J. Ferreira :)

guys pacos ferreira is a tough team. and what exactly did they do all game? nothing... they had 1 good chance to score and Patricio saved it. second half we did enough to win.

we had a tougher schedule so far to the league than our rivals did. its not time to get worried, although our rivals are scoring alot of goals in their games so far.
