I will commit harry carry when I see Pearce starting as our left back. It has been a good life.

Not a huge surprise considering Bob was quoted saying "this is not the time to experiment with players", but not make the bench would be. Should be interesting to see who starts at outside back. If Bob doesn't want to "experiment" the starter should be Pearce.

Or Mr. Bornstein, or Mr. Beasley. Although Beas would be an experiment I guess.

Maybe Specs has looked bad / slow in training? Who knows.

Folks, it is April 1, so take everything with a grain of salt today.

EDIT: And then I take an actual look at the OP and I throw the salt out the window. Did he pick up a knock? Does BB think he's not a good fit (or experienced enough) with the system? He was apparently good enough to the Gold Cup final in 2007. ARRRRRRRRRRRR.

I can't fathom how that's an acceptable choice in a WC qualifier. These rosters have enough room for 1 backup LB/RB and Spector fits that as well as covering CB. I'd love to hear Bob's plan if Hejduk were to be injured in the 5th minute.

Espero que esto es una broma April Fools. No he sido una de Bob Hater pero Spector si ni siquiera está en el banquillo, voy a reconsiderar mi opinión ...

I'm sure everyone recalls the poster has been an insider from the Spector family.

Egads. What on earth is Bob playing at? Bornstein? Beasley? Pearce again?

Spector committed the cardinal sin of trying to demonstrate to Bocanegra how to complete a pass to another player's feet. Bob didn't approve.

Well luckily, from when the US went to T&T, we discovered that Pearce owns Edwards. Besides when Edward's beat Pearce one on one to set up the first goal. Or later when Pearce lost Edwards, which allowed Edwards to blast the ball at the goal from ten yards out. Setting up the corner that lead to the second goal. Besides that, Pearce is in Edward's head, believe it.
