This is starting to get ridiculous.
Is April Fools Day in April 9th in the UK?
Interesting... this isn't just "we didn't like the results."
According to the club: "It came to the Club's attention that Mr De Sousa had, without authority, divulged highly confidential and sensitive information. The Club, with legal advice, responded in this way to protect its position."
One of his backroom staff got the sack just three days ago.
Don't know if there's any relationship to today's action.
What's the information that was leaked?
What a shambles. My only feint hope is that the Mittal family is as into the club as rumoured and can take it off the hands of Briatore/Ecclestone.
No offense to any friends of Italian heritage - but I'm sick of this club being run like a squirrely, corrupt, flight of fancy. My God, even administration looks better by comparison.
What a ********ing shit sports week this is. Pardon my Latin.
...and Paladini. Since Ian Holloway was "sacked" a little over three years ago there've been 9 managers (including caretakers), 7 in the last year and a half since Flavitore took over.
Ownership is fighting PR battles on all fronts:
At the same time, they've extended the "early bird" season ticket renewal date by a month, reduced "early bird" renewal prices by 5% (double the VAT reduction), and reduced regular season ticket prices by 2.5% (the amount of the VAT reduction).
"Woooah, Al-Fayed... he wants to be a Brit, and QPR are shit'
I'm too bored by this season to even respond to that ^
A Wolves fan trolling a QPR board by quoting Fulham fans. What'll they think of next?
Roy Keane is the name being thrown around the British and Irish media as a possibility for the vacant manager's seat...
Or is he?
Sousa in the playoffs postion
would you have him back?
I don't think you'll find that any of us were calling for him to get fired in the first place. It came out of the blue to us.
And now he's gone again.
