Liverpool scores first in first half through Salah. Kane comes off bench to score late equalizer. Son scores winner in the last few minutes.
you can use a word like obviously but it's only obvious in your mind. their IPs also did not match, you omniscient fcuk. no mas off-topic witch hunting posts
Good article on Son from NYT: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/30/sports/champions-league-final-tottenham-son-heung-min.html
Looks like you've found a proper bar to watch games. Is that in the states? (edit: googled it, it's in SF. Might need to pay a visit there next time I'm in the bay area.)
Even tho Son himself said he doesnt really get stressed/pressured by big matches, I cant imagine how nervous players are when I am nervous as a fan who will just watch the match on TV...
Do you know that it's scientifically proven that this type of sentence pull bad luck to your side? Now the chances that Tottenham or Son scores 3 goals are dramatically improved. You fool, look what you have done!
Gonna be very interesting to see the lineup Pochettino puts out. I know I was worried about Poch sitting Son, but now I’m thinking there’s absolutely no f*cking way this happens. How do you sit the club’s player of the year in the biggest match of its history? Supposed to be a warm day in Madrid too which might make Poch re-think about starting Kane who can’t possibly be match sharp being out so long. Thinking about Sonny scoring in a CL final is giving me a boner.
While I don’t necessarily agree with you (I mean Poch knows more about football in his pinky than all of us here on BSK combined), it would be the safer/easier decision imo. It would be very tough to justify not starting your best player if healthy. He’d come under heavy criticism if they lost and didn’t start Kane. Then again, Poch has built a lotta goodwill with Spurs fans and doesn’t strike me as the type as being sentimental or incapable/unwilling to make big decisions. He’ll pick whom he thinks will genuinely give them the best chance to win.
Sure, he knows more than any of us here. Same can be said for STY, HMB, Shitlike, etc. Many journalists/legends are saying the same thing as me tho. It would be the safer decision to start a player who's been out for months in Champions League Final? Hell no. It's not "safe" at all. It's "safer/easier" to bench Kane and then sub him in to replace a player who's not doing well. As long as Son starts + Spurs wins, I dont give a shit about Kane, TBH.
