can't see Schurrle moving to Chelsea if De Bryune is staying. well, Juan Mata is supposedly on the market (can't figure out why considering he was Chelsea's best player last season).. but Victor Moses & Marko Marin is around too.

who knows, maybe Dortmund will jump back in? but Son to Leverkusen isn't as set as we all think it is.. I think.

I'm not the biggest schurrle fan but I think he's better than moses and marin. De Bruyne does not play Schurrles spot so I suspect it will go through with just money being more contentious. And as Jinseokyang says, I think Leverkusen could have a pretty strong attack with SHM on his better right side.

Remember plan A is still in play (new article with same quote about rivalry getting players):

true, but Chelsea have too many players at his position. Hazard, Oscar, Mata, De Bryune, Moses, Marin... I doubt Schurrle will want to move just to be as back-up.

He's wants to go. His dad wants him to go. His agent wants him to go. It makes no sense but whatever.

As for SHM, remember this was being thrown out in middle of the 2nd half of the season by sky Germany so I think these are independent events given the turnover at right forward spot.

Any news on other transfer targets of Leverkusen? There were talks of Aubameyang, Jese, and Gaitan, but I'm guessing Bayer won't be able to afford them after buying SHM.

Don't know about other two but Gaitan is def. out of Bundesliga price range (except for FC Hollywood). Portuguese teams are good at selling their assets for overpriced fee

In any case, Schurrle is definitely leaving, right?

Not definitely but most likely. Probably more haggling over money

Son Heung-Min: "There are still stories going around about the transfer and many teams. A decision is expected to be made by the end of the month."

"Although there's the press about me signing with Leverkusen, it's not true."

"I don't know much about the transfer, only my father and my agent does. However, a decision won't be determined until I head back to Germany."

"Whichever team it may be, if it's competitive enough to be able provide and to raise the skills, it doesn't matter where, although I do want to play in the Champions League."

Of course he does, but his agent will progress the deals and put it on the table for him to look at first.
