I didn’t know the sun ever shone in Galicia. Hopefully I'll get back to the península later this year, though I prefer Keller or Mahon (as long as it's on tap) when I'm there. But I'd take an Estrella Galicia right now. Enjoy!

Met some people from my old Commission (the Diversity Affairs Commission), that was shut down last month for being "too divisive."

We wanted our County to be more inclusive and less racist...the racists won.

I am visiting Chicago next weekend and am planning on going to the game Saturday evening, where should we go for a beer beforehand? Love to have a local craft if possible.

If you’re just looking for a bar with local brews on tap, any of the bars near the stadium should have at least a handle or two (probably more) of local offerings. Kroll’s and Reggie’s aren’t too far a walk to the stadium, and I believe Reggie’s has Hazy Pitch, the collaboration brew between the team and Revolution Brewing (arguably the best brewery in the city) on tap.

There are tons of local breweries near transit lines that you could probably hit up before the game too, but if you just want to pop in for a cold one before heading to the stadium, there should be something in/around the South Loop that’ll do the trick for you.

In the end we went straight from dinner. Good atmosphere at Soldier Field (Polish night a big part of that), although your team had to conspire to loose again. Terrible mistake by that goal keeper. But we had a good time.

If was a different and fun thing to be at an MLS game as a neutral.
