Ron Newman pulled his goalie with a 1-0 lead in the 3rd quarter of the deciding championship game when his team got a power play. Easily one of the gutsiest gambles in sports history. 2. Listen to the crowd. The first time I watched it I thought the goal was an overtime game-winner. The sold out arena is still on its feet jumping up and down screaming over a minute after the goal. That kind of atmosphere got me hooked on indoor soccer and the atmosphere at today's games just makes me want to blow it all up.
