I got an email this morning offering a presale of tickets. The presale lasted from 10am PST to 11am PST, today only. What the hell is that all about?

I'm not worried about getting tickets, it'll be a piece of cake. I'm just amazed they'd have such a small presale time.

I fully expect this one to sell out in the US pre-sale....watch out for guys named Heinrik with appallingly poor English skills who come on here claiming to be Norwegian-Americans and "BIG US SOCCER FAN, HONEST" looking for tickets.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but does anyone know if there is there a way to buy the tickets without paying the Ticketmaster surcharge?

I dont know why we are all predicting a sell out , when last year there was barely 16000 there .

Either way I want to get my tickets in the supporters section ASAP

I actually think it has a good chance to sell out because it'll be the first US game in such a long time, but my post was just making fun of the Mexicans who came on here last year trying to get tickets to the game in Columbus from US fans

Yes.. Buy your tickets at the stadium box office on match day..;)
You could buy them there in advance but then the expense of getting there would likely not make it worth doing..
    Evil Ticketmaster!

I Hear That Ticket Demand Is So High For This One Us Soccer Is Trying To Move It To The Coliseum. I Guess The Danes Are A Bigger Draw Than Mexico

Well where is the official supporters section going to be located? I want to get my tix soon and in that section or, at the least, close to it. I was at the Norway match and it didn't even come close to selling out but that doesn't mean I want to keept waiting to buy my tix for this one.

Probably more like "Coach Klinsmann" is the bigger draw than Mexico. I suspect that a lot of pre-sale ticket buyers might be disappointed if the Pekerman rumor turns out to be true. ;)

We are in section 102 , the same section as US vs Norway last year .

Ill be there with five of my friends , and I'm trying to arrange getting a BAF from patfan1 for this one .

I'm also planning on making a ''thanks mooch '' banner to hang up .
