They had a few medium and large away jerseys at the Marshall's on Fullerton...not many though. They did have numerous Paraguay, Togo, and Senegal jerseys at $15-$20 which was pretty cool, yet extremely random.
The Marshalls at Irving/Cicero/Milwaukee has a new shipment with about 7-8 LS away Fire jerseys and a whole bunch of Beckham ones. TJMaxx down the road on Irving and Narragansant has about 10 Salt Lake jerseys and actually had 2 US national team white SS jerseys. And they had tons of kids sized jerseys.
I don't think MLS prices the merchandise. Adidas does. That's what they pay the sponsorship bucks for. It's kind of like blaming MLS for times and dates of ESPN games, but people do it anyway. You trade some control and worry over aspects of your business for money.
Yeah, I got a long-sleeve away jersey. It's nice, it's taking everything to not wear it around the house. Hopefully, I can still find a home jersey SS tomorrow at the fullerton store.
If you ever see this jersey at a TJMaxx/Marshall's.... BUY IT!! Paypal is our friend... edit: right now, 1 is for sale on e-bay for $150.
I saw a hot chick on the red line last year with one after the Barca game. I as like "ooh, MLS fan, odd", turns out she was from Toronto and she'd bought it at the ASG. Then of course I politely told her, that her team was shit. Then she said "we have the best fans in MLS and we win at home because" and I responded "you're the best fans of a crap team, you're the Cub fans of MLS and you win because of fieldturf. Not the fans". Anyway, I had no idea they were going so much on ebay.
Fire gear has returned to Marshalls! Picked up a nice long sleeve mock turtleneck training top for $25. 6 Corners Marshalls had about 15 of them tonight.
Just picked up a large pull over Fire sweater from Marshalls. Original price $50. I paid $18 after taxes.
