Friday: FC Volendam-NEC Saturday: Den Haag-RBC Roosendaal Willem II-FC Zwolle AZ-Heerenveen Vitesse-Roda JC FC Twente-RKC Waalwijk Sunday: Feyenoord-PSV FC Groningen-FC Utrecht NAC Breda-Ajax ....or did you mean FSW's tv schedule....can't help you with that
Nope, this was what I was looking for. All the sites I had were a mess to cut and paste. I'm still hungry.
I just made my self a frikandel after which I was still hungry so a Kroket was the next strange meat thingie. The fixtures can be found on dutch NOS teletext, telewhat? That thing which is never used in the US but what it is very handy: http://teletekst.nos.nl/gif/666-01.html copy and paste friendly: http://teletekst.nos.nl/tekst/666-01.html Its only one button away on my tvremote. (its beeing live updated btw)
rutger i read something that said the netherlands relaxed residence permit restrictions for US citizens, i'll try to find the link and since i'm here... if anybody knows someone who has a sublet or needs a rommate in amsterdam, let me know
Well with me comming from Africa I know its pretty hard but maybe you're right about the permit restrictions for US citizens allthough im not to sure about that. Ill look it up for you. To bad I dont have a signature because this is the best joke ever. It shows you havent done any research in this bit yet My guess would be that the nearest free room you'll find is my'n in Leeuwarden which is free from feb till september.
A friend of my even slept in the park during his first year of his studie in Amsterdam. Now he has a roof but is squating.(Its a wierd chap btw ) Its deeplink protected, to bad.

true. But a tourist visa gives you three months after which you must leave. If you want to stay longer then three months you must have a contract. You're employe also must provide you with a place to life (if you dont have something yet). You need a pasport and a workingpermit. Some usefull links: Dutch Immigration (the english is at the left top) http://www.immigratiedienst.nl/ http://www.theundutchables.com/cgi-bin/webbbs/config.pl?read=22086 http://www.theundutchables.com/cgi-bin/webbbs/config.pl?read=27319 http://www.theundutchables.com/cgi-bin/webbbs/config.pl?read=25335 And there is more then just Amsterdam...
well... actually i already have 2 jobs - i work for american soccer magazines (shhhh keep it quiet i don't want everyone in the other boards trying to figure me out) - will this fact that i am a reporter make it easier for me? i wonder...
You poor bastard. Living in Switzerland Working for American soccer mag (Well we have 90 minutes and Soccer America) Should be no problem if you already have a job, but if you move to A'dam, stay out the dope threads - could get back to your bosses and they might take offense.
Not to sure about that, the Netherlands are (its a bit changing ) anyhow its a healthcare state, the US isnt. Your boss needs to pay to your insurenses(sp?) over here and ill just stop before I run into anymore long words Just phone dutch immigration service
Interesting stuff on the Slow Chat. I'm hoping I can move to the N'lands in a few years and live off my wealth I've made from bigsoccer. I am thinking Gorinchem.
Thats funny Im always dreaming of moving away to Southern France or Nothern Spain when I win a Mega Millions Lottery
I figure I'll have lots of homes including one in the US, but something so I can get to Feyenoord games, and one near la Coruna.
I've thought a bit about this 1) keep a home in Connecticut 2) maybe a place in Virginia 3) Place in Gorinchem 4) flat in London 5) Place in Florence That would probably cost me a couple of million, but it would be great to have those properties. real estate, great way to make money.
Hmmm...all this talk about moving to NL got my travelling juices flowing again... I'd like to list my investment opportunities, below: 1) a hotel in A'dam centrum 2) Manhattan condo 3) house in Knightsbridge, London 4) house in Society Hill, Philly 5) a million dollar yacht docked in Monaco just for Formula 1 6) A Lear jet to carry me between my investments
Oh, let's be specific - the manhattan flat shall be in the Midtown east area. I'll even settle for Tribeca or Lower East Side. The village is just too over-hyped nowadays...
