There's a forum in the Customer Service area dedicated to forum requests, but you have to have a certain number of members support it (to prove it would draw regular traffic). A few years back I proposed making the Czech Republic forum into a Czech Republic and Slovakia forum (like how there is a Austria & Switzerland or a former Soviet Union forum), since I'd be more than happy to help keep up Slovak threads as well. It kind of lost momentum though.
Michal Duris scored the Viktoria Plzen's 2nd goal in a 3-1 Europa League victory against Portuguese side Academica. Saw that, I created a thread on the Czech forum linking to the request page as well, hopefully if we can get ~5 people to support the idea it will be enough.
I would support this idea I think a couple of the Bosnian members would post there and a couple of Greek members also since we are in the same group for WC
