An All White mid-fielder has joined the Whites on a free from MLS side Columbus Crew, presumably as back-up for Papa Bouba Diop while away at the African Cup of Nations next month. He's no Claude Makalele, but he'll be welcomed at Craven Cottage just the same.

That article is wrong... He hasn't signed yet.. He is in talks with the club with his agent which is not the same as having been signed:

From yesterday a day after the article above from his agents mouth.

It could happen any day or it may not happen at all...
That NZ article is the only one on the net I've seen that says he signed.
With Fulham needing a gap filled during the African Cup, I do expect it likely will happen and I've heard no other names mentioned but it hasn't happened yet.. ;)

Watched him play in several matches this year. Not particularly impressed.

As if the Crew weren't bad enough last year! Now they hand over their best player.

At least they gave him to my other favorite team...

An interesting signing.I hope he is bloodied in the FA Cup tie against Leyton Orient
rather than thrown straight into a Premiership game.

He didn't look too out of his element against WestHamburger the other day.

Needs to play faster though. He's good on the set-pieces and has been since his days on the Galaxy.

I'm most impressed that he got his hair under control though.
