The ladder should be more interesting in the next week, particularly because of the Roma v Milan encounter. Juve's result showed that clinching fourth spot will still be a challenge and Sampdoria won't threaten for it if we don't have any forwards. Bari is starting to really slip and may find themselves in the relegation spots if they don't watch out. The relegation zone looks right although Catania and Bari have weaker squads than Atalanta, IMO.
I think Cagliari has a chance to get into the europa or even champions league. That is really good news.
they missed some chances this past week. they are playing well over their heads. very impressive i am rooting for them. But it's tough in that area.
Man, Bari is really struggling lately. Had a lot of chances against Catania, but it's been one of our traits all season; we miss so many chances in front of goal and really lack that killer finish. Catania took all of their goals well. They're moving up the table. Only 1 point behind Parma for being the 'best promoted side.' Parma were flying early in the season but fell off. Then Bari were playing better but have falling off also. Huge game against Chievo next week, but it seems all are going to be 'huge' until the end of the season. Only +9 ahead of Livorno. Could be really close. Still have games against Lazio, Parma, Livorno, Siena, and Udinese. Must pick up points in those games. We need Kutuzov to come back, we're really lacking in attacking options. I really don't want to see Castillo anywhere near the field.
Kutuzov has missed many chances for Bari too. If Bari survive, you guys really need to look for strikers because Bari has the Serie A's weakest attack, even with Barreto. With the chances Bari create and with better strikers, you guys might have got more points.

The race for fourth place is still looking good but after losing to Bologna, I'm not sure how Napoli will go. They haven't been too impressive of late. Sampdoria has the Juve game soon.
Surely this past weekend will go down as one of the craziest in Serie A history, especially with so many matches still to play in the season. With absolutely everything from scudetto to relegation an absolute up-in-the-air dogfight, and class and form apparently out the window, it was sheer madness. Surely in terms of total goals scored, this will end up among the top ten weekends in Serie A for decades. I'm no stat guy, but can somebody look that up?
