Considering Inter, Juve, and Milan have won 16 of the last 18 scudetti between them, the "predictable" charge is accurate. Besides that, good piece.
It is addressed that the title race is predictable but the rest of the league positions tend to change and there have been some rather random and bizarre results. Mind you, the title race does need far more unpredictablity. Serie A had the worst title "race" out of all the leagues this season.
