Let's keep this on-topic: 80% Giacomo Raspadori, 20% complaining about club team results.

Giacomo Bonaventura with another goal. This guys deserves a call-up every month the way he continues to play.

Why do you think Spalletti hasn't called Pinamonti, recently? Kean hasn't scored all season. Pinamonti really should be the 4th CF.

Spalletti loves Zaniolo and Kean, I guess. Not sure what they're bringing to the table other than physicality and energy. Maybe they should go play rugby.

Spalletti already has Scamacca as his big # 9 and Pinamonti doesn’t score more than him. He’s also less versatile as his game is more simple.

Kean can also play as a winger and a support striker. Zaniolo is a winger/ support attacker

Let's see if Cioffi keeps giving Lucca playing time, he had a great game today.

I know he's old but I'm admiring Candreva's run these past couple of seasons, wish he could've done more for the NT.

Would be nice if Lucca could follow the Luca Toni route and mature around 26 / 28 as world class. Peak Toni was a pretty stout banger of goals.

Scamacca is injured again for at least 3-4 weeks! There is a worry about his recent injuries! It’s sad because he is our main number 9 player! Let’s hope he is back to full fitness in January and stay fit for the following months!

    Zaniolo

Watched the First Half of Bournemouth vs Aston Villa.

Horrible Zaniolo -- slow and indecisive. Had 1 half chance at the left of the box and instead of letting it rip turns away from goal. Turns out he was subbed off at HT.

Even the guy doing color commentary, who was Ex-Scotland Lee Hendry, said that you feel he needs to bag his first and it will settle him down.

Clearly he is only being played on some possible potential not because he deserves it.

Still 6 Months to the EC but between he and his friend Moise Kean (2 idiots that sabotaged the 2019 U21 Italy team with their bad behavior) as it stands now he really shouldn't be on the team.

What I can't stand is Zaniolo and SES are our favored backup wingers when you have man of the match vs Albania set piece specialist Grifo not getting any considerations.

    Crossover match.

Now that all was written about a potential Portugal match...

Potentially could be Switzerland as well. By all accounts all is not well with them as players are allegedly unhappy with their CT. It won't undo World Cup 2022 Qualifiers but I'd love to have another crack at them.

Really wanted Napoli to win over Inter, they played well until they went down 1-0.

Barella had a really good game, the rest of the Italians were average/below average

Grifo must not really be in consideration, for some reason, because he's continued to play well, this season.

Barella spends very little time on the ball with Inter, but he usually has decisive touches.

I thought Darmian and Acerbi were good. You disagree?

They didn't have a bad game but they weren't exactly outstanding either. Acerbi is lucky that his tackle wasn't a penalty which in all honestly it shoul've been.

Lucca is a strange player. He looks a bit clumsy to me but he also can score nice goals. Clearly he's a danger in the air. I like my CF to be a bit more explosive athletically though. That said, Luca wasn't a speed demon and scored a ton of great goals.

Too bad Udinese will get another striker and bury him no matter how good he does. They start Issac Success over him who has 0 goals, only cause he's an international player.

Even today.. the idiot Cioffi started Success over him again. He only came in like 10 mins into the game cause Success got injured.

Success doesn't have a single goal in 13 games this year so far. Lucca has 4 in 14.

I guess I can be fake and write I watched all of his matches when he won Serie B Capocannoiere a few years ago but the little that I've seen of him (Pisa compilation, I followed his Ajax loan with First and Second team, not that I set out to watch Udinese matches) the take away I got with him is that he needs service.

He will never score a banger from distance like Scamacca. He isn't fleet of foot and able to get away a shot away out of nothing like Raspadori. Will need service like Retegui but Retegui does a lot more off the ball. Lucca isn't involved as much.

4th CF for me at least is very much up for grabs. Will add, as was mentioned by Pambiero, Scamacca is out until early-mid January. Shredded body but the guy breaks down so often. Not even sure how reliable he will be at a tournament.
