Yes, we lost 2-3, makes this win even better. Italy is one of our bogey sides and France but we won that final too.

People tell me who cares about youth tournaments? Me thats who, I can't get enough of our youth doing well 11 of these players were on the u17 side that won the Euro 2 years ago. Of some of the players missing includes Dalot now on Man U. Combined with the generations of Bernardo, William, etc and Rony, Bruma, etc we are in good shape coming into the 2020's with or without Ronaldo.
Thanks. I wasn’t surprised that Italy equalized from a two point lead, and then again in stoppage time. Italy will always be a hard team to beat for any team.
It was an exciting final, but cringe worthy defensive performances all around, lol. That said, at this level you want them to be playing as open as possible to get more touches on the ball.

How many U19 EURO finals did we lose during the last decade? 3? So many of those were by one goal. Finally we get over the hump. Now it's time to win the Youth World Cup next year and overcome our South American demons (Uruguay knocked us out last time in Youth World Cup)
