    The midfield:

    G. Norbert (very good but right now, he's injured ... maybe the best player in the team when in form)
    Obaddi
    Gourvenec
    Stassin
Huck (he's very good but right now, he's injured)
    Bedrossian

    Note to Eddie:
Huck is an attacking midfielder left side. Still out.

    About the attack:
they signed a brasilian attacker named Rudison Ferreira, so 1 non-EEC allocation is taken (you can have 2, it's been confirmed, so that leaves 1).

Used to play in D1 with Bastia but was released. Seasoned D1 guy.

He played UEFA cup final with OM in 99 against Parma.

    Attacking midfielder (center).

    32-33 years old.

    has his own site:

    To finish, the defense:

    Goal: Lachuer (Lucas)

Kerhuiel (he's 35-36 but still good to go apparently)
    Cygan
    Dussard
Djellabi (played out of position - side ... is a midfielder)
    Sonnerat (side)
    Grimaldi

side means left or right side as opposed to central.

    Kerhuiel-Cygan-Dussard-Djellabi
would be the favored line but who knows.

The central defense seems to be well taken care of (in terms of available players) but the laterals (left and right) might be lacking (not much depth) although having Djellabi play on the left seems to work well (although he's a midfielder).

Iougs our friend Ed could paint the Subbuteo team for you. It wouldn't come with bases though but you can get bases pretty easily from pretty much anywhere. Ed does a fantastic job; he painted our Toulouse teams. You can PM him: writered21.

Next game is Coupe de France on Saturday ...

in Limoges, against Limoges, a CFA 2 club (3 levels below).

Coupe de France is always special and it is taken very seriously.

For game pictures taken by individuals from the stands,
    go to:

    http://www.thescoismagic.com/Angerssco/Photos/category.php

It is very difficult to find "official" pics of games because the official website sucks donkey balls and doesn't seem to update itself. Nice pictures can be had when they play away on the sites of the opposition (like for Brest last week).

Can you invade the velodrome with 2 bus loads of SCOistes ?
I doubt too many pple will travel there.

I wish that game was played at Jean Bouin, that would have been sweet for the supporters.

Yeah don't they usually play the game at the smaller club's ground?

Well Marseille probably wanted the home game. They'll get 40,000 plus for the match, and watch the cash roll in.

I need to get to France and see some games.
