Saudi Arabia will play some friendlies in Malaysia in June against Malaysia and UAE. No dates know yet. https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=413379&page=22
Not the best friendlies, but I've heard we might play Holland since they are going through an Asian round.
I don't think so... they are supposed to be going to turkey maybe next week for a training camp, then come back after a week stay in Riyadh for two weeks, then going to South East Asia.
They arrived yesterday in Turkey and had their first training today, rested those who played the final in the league. It will be for 12 days.
Matches in Singapore : 24 June Saudi Arabia - UAE 27 June Singapore - Saudi Arabia 1 July Saudi Arabia - Oman 4 July Saudi Arabia - North Korea
In Singapore. Saudi Arabia will probably use some of the players that did not play in the official match against Singapore A the day before.
Yes it is, it contains multiple training camps, the team should be ready for rainy fields, since they played their latest friendly game with rainy weather. Also it has okay friendlies, we don't have to play with Holland and England etc, those should be for WC. But North Korea, Malaysia, and UAE are somewhat good friendlies. What I fear is the players exhaustion and fitness level, we already have 2 players discarded because of injury, and many more will come. And also the coach, I doubt he is any good but we will just have to wait.
16 June Malaysia - Saudi Arabia http://www.the-afc.com/english/media/default.asp?mnsection=media§ion=newsDetails&newsID=8803 Is this correct , I thought they still were in Turkey at that time ?
On Sunday Saudi Arabia will be playing UAE in Singapore at 12:30 PM Saudi time, I think ART Sport 2 will be broadcasting the game live.
Nope. Changing coaches this late means we don't stand a chance of building a team with any cohesion or development of strategy and tactics.
