Anyone know a beneficial and respected course or license in soccer fitness or SAQ. I’ve tried to do some preliminarily research but there are so many programs offered and I’m not familiar enough with fitness accreditation groups to know which ones are legit or not.
I haven't taken any NSCA courses, but I have bought several reference books from them published by Human Kinetics. https://www.nsca.com/ I prefer to call the field Athlete Development rather than Strength and Conditioning. It is so much more than training in the weight room and running laps.
