W wyniku transferu definitywnego został on piłkarzem portugalskiej drużyny Vitoria Sport Clube Guimares. KP Legia Warszawa wyszedł na przeciw oczekiwaniom piłkarza, który deklarował chęć wyjazdu i gry w klubie zagranicznym.
