Alves is a good player nothing fantastic too bad I missed the game and only read live reports. Also I wonder when Sporting Braga will maake a better website? The one now is down but even when it worked it was very basic not even a store or Picture galleries. We need the guy that did Guimaraes' website the best site of all the Superliga teams.

I think way back they played a game with Arsenal and copied their Jersey's. Also because how Braga was a kinda top half team like how Arsenal was before becoming a top 3 team.

LISBON, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Unfancied Nacional Madeira won 2-0 at promoted Estrela Amadora on Sunday to keep up the pressure on Portuguese Premier League leaders Braga. The victory moved the Madeira Island team up to joint second alongside Porto, who were held to a goalless draw by Vitoria Setubal on Saturday.

Nacional Madeira and Porto have 18 points from nine games, two points behind unbeaten Braga who play hosts to Belenenses on Monday.

Nacional, this season's surprise packages, opened the scoring through Andre Pinto following a goalmouth scramble in the 42nd minute.

I just finished watching the VHS tape of the game. Braga showing consistency and maturity. Could have had a more relaxed game had not Davide missed two great chances to score in the first half following Braga's first goal. Belenenses fought hard and could have tied the game late in the 2nd half. An own goal by Pele in the last play of the game fixed the final result.

Joao Tomas scored the first goal.

From what I saw him doing in the game vs. Belenenses, Cesinha still has much to do to recover a better form.

Desde a segunda jornada, com o Penafiel, que não era visto em campo, fruto de uma lesão. Mal entrou criou logo perigo e aos 73' caiu na área num lance com Amaral.

Entrou para refrescar o meio-campo, entregando-se com grande generosidade e acabando a contribuir de forma determinante para o auto-golo de Sandro.

I'm pretty sure that's the best goal against average for any team in European leagues.

yup very true. Any loss or draw loses ground, Leaders need to increase or maintain their lead otherwise it is easy to watch it slip.
