Don't disagree, but I am being a little positive about this. Romain is getting older and we got a decent pickup who does not take up a international spot. Good to fill out the depth.
Young depth on the backline is never a bad thing. It just makes me nervous to think I literally could be the #2 forward on the depth chart right now. And I was a goalkeeper in college. In the 70s. (No, not the 1870s...I'm not THAT old...)
Of course. I think we need at least two new forwards, but I would not be surprised that they wait until summer transfer window to grab a possible DP/TAM forward.
My my, this is certainly intriguing...(P.s. notice who liked the post? 👀) pic.twitter.com/NYrgaUB2m8— The Dummy Run Podcast (@DummyRunPod) February 18, 2021 Didn't see it at first, but see now that it was liked by Dibassy.
Rut roh...don’t look now but yesterday’s @Extratime episode has rebooted #DwyerWatch, I dark time that all #MNUFC supporters had hoped was behind us. pic.twitter.com/exo4amUuiy— Mark Fangmeier (@mrfangmeier) February 19, 2021
They could, but you know the Heath connection. And it would be a free. Of course, all the surgeries wouldn't be.
HOLY CRAP!!!! We have more than just @MattDoyle76 linking #MNUFC with Rafael Santos Borré.#BorréWatch is alive!!!!!!! https://t.co/CcVE8XXA8v— Mark Fangmeier (@mrfangmeier) February 24, 2021 If this is true...we are winning the World Cup.
News: While #MNUFC has been linked recently to River Plate forward Rafael Santos Borre, it’s “not happening,” a source told @PioneerPress Thursday. My text sent on the subject was shot down as fast as checking last month on ties of #Loons to Club America winger Andres Ibarguen.— Andy Greder (@andygreder) February 25, 2021 Boo
Yeah, I think that one was more wishful thinking. But, I think Bebelo's success (and hopefully continued success) may be a good selling point.
Primer: Four talking points as #MNUFC starts preseason:#Loons must acquire attackers, and when there could be news; Dayne or Tyler? keepin' which 'keeper; little update on Ike Opara; with second homegrown player, youth development *finally* needs focus.https://t.co/YLUlvn9XSf— Andy Greder (@andygreder) March 1, 2021 The Loons do have an undisclosed attacker to be announced soon, but he’s not considered to be a headliner. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Trying to decide if this is better than Dwyer or not. EDIT: Heck, I'm trying to decide if this is better than Foster Langsdorf or not.
I think it is fine, especially in the context of them trying to get Hunou, who would probably be the starter when (if) he gets here.
INBOX: Juan Agudelo has signed with #MNUFC. The MLS veteran projects to be the Loons’ starting striker as they consider summer targets from abroad. Agudelo has 45 goals and 18 assists in 223 career MLS games. He joins Wil Trapp in moving from South Beach to Saint Paul. pic.twitter.com/Qm6BpWCJzH— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) March 2, 2021
Nothing regarding this club is a "when" when we're talking about finding attacking players. ...and I'd forgotten the Inchy-Orlando connection with Agudelo.
I think the problem we never go into a season with our best. I just hope they AT LEAST get a dedicated LW'er before the season starts.
