My first game back. I should lose, although even with being forced into a 4-4-2 I should have the better midfield, which is weird. This whole series is kinda goofy.

I should get thumped today. My opponent is still in the cup and I guess there is a slim chance that he'll be concentrating on that....no, I'm gonna get thumped.

unsurprisingly i had the overconfidence event. crowd wasn't bad consider my opponent's league position and series of drubbings.

    no whammys!

I'm down 2-1, and I clanked a set piece shot off the post. 66% possession in my favor.

Well, I PIC'd this game, expecting as I said above to get thumped. I'm up a goal on 1/3 chances. My opponent has yet to have a chance and has had a key midfield injury. I controlled 67% in the first half. If I can hold on and get any points, this would be a major coup. May the dream promotion season continue.

winning 4-0 with 72% possession. overconfidence doesn't matter too much when you're beating up on a semi-bot.

Winning easily 3-0. Probably could have played more backups.

Up 3-0 with 93% possession. Should have PICed. And in shocking news my other 2 league rivals are trailing to teams that they out hatstat by 49 & 15 respectively.

Tied now, missed another chance. I wish I'd gone with Normal on this game now, but had no idea or reason to know it would be this close.

Winning 5-2 at home while playing a couple backups. I just hope I remembered to PIC.

I lost 3-1. His counterattacks sliced me up pretty bad. But my stats overall were encouraging. Except for the attack. My forwards suck, but I already knew that. Now it's just a matter of getting the right personnel for either a 3-5-2 or a 4-5-1.

5-0 win with 95% possession in the 2nd half. And I jinxed myself by saying the other 2 teams were losing. They came back and won 2-1 in each of their games. Game at home against the top side in my league next week. Must win.

Held on for the draw and was the first team to take points off the series leader. He has to be upset about this one.

I played to a 1-1 tie with a series newcomer at his place. If my team's form wasn't so bad (star mid is at wretched form, forwards are below-average) I would have probably torched him... Fortunately, keeper training is paying off for me as my defense is able to pretty much hold everybody's offense down and at least give me a chance to win. Bad news though was that my 30-year old future coach went down with a +4. Hopefully he'll be back before then.

I figured out that my opponent accidentally played a player out of position. Oh well, I'll take it.

had to settle for a 1-1 draw despite 69% possession...damn opponenent played the counter attack well.

so I'm now 1-1-2 in my first four games in d4.
