Ronaldinho Gaucho plays for Club Paris St. Germain, in France.

Ronaldo (most popular one) plays for Real Madrid in Spain.

It's been mentioned as a possibility, but we've been linked with at least 20 other players so far... and it's not even Summer.

So they did. Riquelme is unemployed now and Ronaldinho Gaúcho has his number.

Juve x Barça

I was there. Nice to see Ronaldinho playing LIVE.

Amazing speed with the ball and also amazing how he jumps, flies over tackles, trips etc. Valderrama used to be good at this, the defender would come to hit him and he would keep possession while the defender would end on his arse. But Valderrama used to do this stationary, or almost. Ronaldinho was doing it on the run.

I also liked Quaresma.

Riquelme isn't unemployed they are just shopping him around for a LOAN.

Gaucho did good in Boston considering to me, He was Unfit. I think Rijkaard decided this could help him get to know his teammates ahead of the La Liga Primera so chemistry would develop.

who said he is a striker?

Today he feels more like a #10

goal-passer is more likely, he also wants to be the leader in barcelona by the end of the yr.

question: Who is the leader Now?

Ronaldinho Gaucho: Underachiever w/ Selecao?

Galera.

In less than a month's time Dinho might be a Ballon D'Or and/or FIFA WPY winner. His attributes are unquestioned - I for one have been touting him since first seeing him play live against Vasco as a 17 teen year old. Two years ago I debated a couple of guys on the ManU forum who poo-poo'ed his choosing to join Barca (they claimed it was a sign of weakness, and that he was a selfish player; one only need look at the fortunes of the two teams since).

However.......

IMO, he has not performed at Selecao level anywhere near his club performances. Not by a country mile.

I was certain that after his WC Quarter-Final virtuoso performance he would be unleashed. But, IMO, apart from his display against England in WC'02, he has not been a world beater at NT level. A good player, yes. Very good, at times. Difference maker, no.

I hope you guys know me well enough by now to know that I don't typically rush to judgement. I do realize that a player can't dominate each and every game, and that the Selecao only gets together sporadically, and that he's still young, etc. Yet, I'm still somewhat disappointed at his overall NT output to date.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. Am I off base?

If you agree with me, what could be some of the reasons (I have mine, but will wait to see what you guys think).

cheers

PS - The title is provocative in order to enlist posts. "Underachiever" is relative to his potential, and what he has been doing at Barca in the past two years. I fully recognize him as one of the top 5 players in the world.

Why would he be an underachiever with the NT?

Isn't Ronaldinho and Kaka "the brains" of the brazilian NT?
