(Please put “Chicago” is the subject line)[remove spaces from email] Tickets will be available for pickup at the tailgate. However, if you specifically request that the tickets be left at will call under your name then I will make the appropriate arrangements. The tailgate location should be just outside the loading dock of the stadium. This is the same location as last year. HOTEL INFORMATION: There will be no hotel package for this trip. This is for a couple of reasons: 1) Some people will arrive Friday night and some will arrive Saturday. It makes putting together a hotel package difficult 2) The hotel complex where we stay has numerous hotels and between peoples connections, rewards plans etc people are likely to get very good rate on their own. Traditionally, we stay at this complex http://www.midwayhotelcenter.com. There are at least 9 hotesl in the complex of varying brands. The complex offers free shuttle service to and from midway.
