vaz te seems to be coming into his own for a 19 year old

what i like about him is his confidence factor and how he just attacks the ball and how he waits his time for his opportunity when he comes in the game....

to me thats a developed player who with experience can be a lethal weapon.

not to well up on your other options (please list) but if he gets more constant first team action in the second half of the season i think theres an outside chance, you only have to see him once or kick the ball about in practice to know hes a big star in the making.

not good enough by means of what....i agree he is to young and inexperience but the kid can play.

he has a good touch great skills, and confidence you rarely see in a 19 year old.

euro 2008 he will be our top striker sad part is hes playing well now and who knows in a few years time he will fade to oblivion.

i say for the world cup these are our three strikers no if's or but's:

    pedro capt.vet pauleta
    nuno mr.clutch gomes
    hugo the giantkiller almeida

postiga will be left out cause really he is doing nothin.

Well i rate Nuno Gomes, but Pauleta's a waste of space so Vaz Te would easily slip in. Shame about Postiga though thought he looked good at tottenham, not see hugo almeida though, least i dont think i have.

hugo almeida plays for fc porto....he is on a kisd right now but look him to be in form for the second half of the season.

as for ricardo vaz te i showed promised with im since day one....i know talent when i see one....

aristotle de carvalho and ricardo vaz te are both young kids im following and they are both playing well.

lets hope scolari has a change of mind cause if he puts vaz te on the squad that will be a step forward for vaz te cause i think he will prove himself that he is a young talent to be recognized and not just a faded name.
