I love how Reyna only turns on the jets when he needs to.

That was a hammer cross from Reyna. It's a shot that's a cross, designed to create a dangerous rebound, which it did, just didn't find anyone

Perhaps most excitingly to me - this midfield of Witsel Bellingham and Reyna seem to fit together quite naturally, and the chemistry with Meunier seems easy already as well. The level of competition may be making it look easier than it is, though.

His body is awkward (he's still a child, so...yeah), but his feet are quick.

In a different world, he's playing his senior season of high school soccer, which is insane to consider.

I don't see awkward at all. I see a guy that knows exactly how do use his body, including when to use it as a shield.

Wow Hazard. Glorified scrimmage rest of the way.

Reyna seems to get in a lot of situations where a smidge more speed, better touch, or better weight on a pass would put him in on goal or complete a line breaking pass, etc. Again, Duisberg, but he's quite good and on the verge of excellent.

Hazard FK goal after Haaland draws a red card DOGSO on Volkmer.

Hazard has barely touched the ball and has a brilliant goal and a brilliant assist.

As much as I love watching young Gio grow up, this game is over. I may need to go watch Pulisic now.

Haaland and Sancho (outside the penalty) quiet as well. This is the most talented BVB team since the UCL final bunch I'd think. Just insane talent everywhere.

Not the way he plays, he just looks like he has really long limbs because he hasn't filled out his core yet.

now the intrigue is does he get subbed off? then- does that indicate hes a starter, keep him fresh or hes a bum for not scoring a hat trick with two assists?

I don't know if it is fair to say that just yet, but I am not really liking what I see. He has gotten into the space of other players at times and his decision making in front of goal has not been great. Going from Birmingham City to BvB is a pretty big jump so hopefully he adjusts his game a bit. He obviously has ability.

You are both right, it’s a unique sort of gracefulness, like an antelope. Kaka is the go to comparison, but he reminds me so much of young RVP.

Forgot about that. Thanks for reminding me.

Its on Peacock PREMIUM. I'm going to pass for now. If we get two or more USA players in Prem I'll probably sign up
