WHERE was the defense on that one! Reis AGAIN at full stretch to deny Rolfe.

I said he looked the best I'd ever seen him. Note that I didn't mention just how poorly he's played every time I've seen him. :p

Reis is being forced to do a lot more than he should...

Anyone know if something is wrong with Riley? I thought he was pretty fast, but tonight he can barely move.

Smith fouls Thornton who whines like a stuck pig. :) Wonder what DC fans think of Zack playing Mr. Innocent Meek-n-Mild?

Riley has got to keep his feet! You simply don't do slide tackles in the PA. And if you do, you have to win the ball. :(

Dr. Jay intimated that he injured his leg earlier in the week. I suspect he is significantly less then 100%, but is gutting it out because of how short-handed the team is.

Someone said looking like Rev of old. I'd have to agree. Desparate clearances from the back are being easily won by the red shirts. Rev throw-ins seem to go to red shirts.

Time for TnT to blow off the back of the red net. :)

Nice series of passes, but Lathum screws up receiving the cross, and it's a throwin for Fire.

He's been like that all year... very smart player. If he was about 2 inches taller, people would probably be screaming for him to be capped.

TnT needs to do something, cause there's no one else in offense doing anything.

    43': 0-0

Fire possession mostly. Revs sitting back for the counter.

Technically, I'd sub Latham also, but we have nothing on the bench.

The two teams I've watched the most this season are the Fire (obviously) and the Revs. Parkhurst has impressed nearly every time I've watched him. He and Rolfe are also quite popular within the AAXI ranks too (both deservedly too). If he continues to get better he will be capped for sure. The only thing he needs to do is bulk up just a little bit more.
