Hi everyone. I am trying to add to my database of over 29,000 international matches, and realise that there will always be matches which 'slipped through the net'. However, I have compiled a list of 39 matches which I know definitely took place, but which I do not have the results for (and it is almost impossible to find anything on the net). Can anyone put me in the direction as to where I may find these missing results. Here are the games pertaining to CONCACAF nations (17 matches) 1949 - Guadeloupe v Trinidad & Tobago 22 Dec 1949 - Haiti v Cuba 6 Sep 1950 - Netherlands Antilles v Guatemala 1951 - Guadeloupe v Trinidad & Tobago 25 Aug 1957 - Netherlands Antilles v Aruba 11 Nov 1979 - Suriname v Saint Vincent & the Grenadines (CFU Cup) 15 Nov 1979 - Haiti v Saint Vincent & the Grenadines (CFU Cup in Suriname) 8 May 1986 - French Guiana v Guadeloupe (in France) 25 Jul 1990 - Martinique v Saint Vincent & the Grenadines (Caribbean Cup in Trinidad) 29 Jul 1990 - Barbados v Saint Vincent & the Grenadines (Caribbean Cup in Trinidad) 8 May 1991 - Martinique v Zaïre (in France) Also, the following Leeward Islands Tournament qualifiers Oct/Nov 2000 - British Virgin Islands v Anguilla (2 legs) Oct/Nov 2000 - Sint Maarten v Antigua & Barbuda (2 legs) Nov/Dec 2001 - Sint Maarten v Saint-Martin (2 legs) Any help would be appreciated, even if it is only 1 result.
I think I have one of them 6 Sep 1950 - Netherlands Antilles v Guatemala I believe Netherlands Anitlles is made up of the of several islands, one of them the island of Curazao. I found the result Guatemala 0 - 2 Curazao In what was apparently the 6th Central American and Carribean games Here is the website I got it from: http://www.prensalibre.com/especiales/ME/guatefut/05.html If I'm right about the Curazao thing, then that might help with finding some other results.
Have you tried contacting the federations by email? That might be helpful. You should be able to find that info on FIFA.com
