It's a hard group but I'm not concerned. Regardless, you can qualify finishing 3rd in the group. 4 of the 6 sides that finish 3rd also go through.

I would pick Spain to finish top but I'm not underestimating Croatia either. One game is different to the next but we outplayed Spain in the 1st half of the Nations League semi. Croatia took them to penalties in the final. Things change very fast in football just ask England as they got smashed 4-0 by Hungary in the Nations League, in England. Yet had a great World Cup and should have beaten France.

Italy will be fine.

they literally created that 3rd place rule so they could reward mediocre nations like Portugal. You finished 3rd in your group the last 2 euros.

We've also already had this group before and advanced top two (Italia, Spain, Croatia, Ireland in Euro 2012).
