Nice thread starter Miami. Thank you. Somebody mentioned that Union are a very physical team, they play rough. Hoping for no injuries and a solid W to start the campaign. El Derbi on the weekend has to be considered too. Jude is the player who needs some rest but he's THE superstar in world football right now, no way he doesn't start on matchday 1 of the most prestigious tournament.

I just hope for nice win with no drama. It’s frustrating to suffer every game.

I'm not concerned about our current form; we've been doing quite nicely. I just think we concede stupid goals too easily. So, here's hoping we can win without conceding one of those.

I predict a 3-1 win. Team has a problem keeping clean sheets.

Tchouaméni is likely to be on the bench ahead of the derby this weekend and Modric coming in.

Camavinga is suspected to be DM.

Rodrygo need to score....he has been given a leading role in the team but his shooting is piss poor so far ,he is not going to get another chance after this season he will either take it or going to the bench/Arsenal.

Carvajal to miss the derby ffs what is going on.Brahim will once again not get a chance....so Modric/Kroos to start...

Have to score first, cant chase the result in every game .

He was playing great, which means he overloaded his already fragile body. I just hope it doesn't take him a long time to get back to current shape, because my guess is that this is how his season will look, great games and then a few weeks of injury.

    So much arrogance.. rest Bellingham?

This is a CL match against a physical team. We need our best player.

We've got no chance of winning the CL anyway according to a few.

Glad to see Ancelloti has finally learned not to start Kroos and Modric together.

He's done it since day one of the new season. It's not new at this point

    Absolutely.

Gotta say I'm not excited to see Modric on the pitch, I hope he proves me wrong tonight but he's been below average for some time now.
