I think that the one of the oldest team from Romania deserved a thread here.
Re: Rapid Bucuresti
Definitely! HAI RAPID!
Good luck for tomorrow's derby in Ghencea! Are you going to attend the game?
Re: Rapid Bucuresti
I can`t,because i have to go at work tomorrow morning, and the distance between Bucuresti and Cluj is 500 km.But this is not a reason.Tuesday morning i should go to Bucuresti for the Nurnberg trip
Re: Rapid Bucuresti
I'll allow it.
Time for all the Rapid fans to emmerge, I always wondered how many there are around here.
I don`t know how many Rapid fans knows this forum.Me neihter didn`t knew about this forum,Borussia took me here
Last night steaua 0-0 Rapid.
Congrats on the important draw in the derby! Should give you and especially your goalie some confidence for tomorrow's game in Nürnberg...
No bad result for Rapid in tonight's UEFA Cup away game in Nürnberg. The guys from Giulesti came under big pressure at the beginning and in the 2nd half, but their strong defence didn't allow the hosts (who had to replace 2 important strikers) many top chances. Especially between minute 20' and 40', Rapid proved its quality in my eyes ... and had 2-3 good scoring opportunities as well.
I think the atmosphere of the 40.000 fans (inclusive 1.500 - 2.000 Rapidisti) was superb, I'm just curious what my brother will report me tomorrow (I followed the game on tv).
Here's some post-game reports from the Rapid site:
I hope you enjoyed your trip to Nürnberg! Let's see some nice pics from the match
I just arrived home.Nurnberg is a beautiful city .Uwe i`ll put later or tomorrow some pictures from the trip.Regards bro`
Can't await your report and the pics, Christi. Did you enjoy the choreo?
I heard from the Nürnberg forum that the Rapid fans supported very well, too!
A few pics now:
More pictures you can find here http://www.rapidfans.ro/cupa_uefa/2007_2008/2007.09.20_-_runda_1_tur_FC_Nurnberg_-_RAPID/foto.htm and soon some videos
Yes the choreo was great ,very nice to drink beers inside the stadium, nice people, cheap shoes near furth,we stayed at B&B Hotels in Erlangen,i exchanged scarfs with Nurnberg fans,i have one too with Danke Club ..fur eine geile saison (what means?),and the beer,oh yes,it`s damn good
Great pics! Glad to hear you enjoyed your trip. How many Rapid fans travelled from Romania to the game and how much time did it take you? Did you have a ticket for the upper floor (block 24)?
That means: "Thank you, 1. FC Nürnberg (known as the "Club"), for a great season".
"Geil" can also mean "horny" in German, though.
We traveled from Romania around 400 fans starting 8AM until 11 AM next day.Yes i had ticket on block 24,Great panorama.
27 hours? Mamma mia, that's not bad...
But I think it was worth sitting so long in a bus, I'm right?
It was ok,we have drunk all the trip .And at the Kaiser Castle i asked a official marriage proposal to my girlfriend
I hope she said "yes"...
Btw: Can you tell me what the tv reporter said about Bergodi? Did he mention that Bergodi started to speak his first words in Romanian a few weeks ago?
Wow, what a "fotoreportaj"!!!
Yes,this is what he said.He mentioned too about the nazy lawsuit from Nurnberg and the stadium history, and he said that Nurnberg was the favorite city of Hitler!
p.s. She said Yes,ofcourse
This "fotoreportaj" was made by a romanian which is now established in Nurnberg.
Unfortunately. Why didn't that idiot stay in Austria (where he was born)?
I understood all of that comment ... but I was not sure what he said about Bergodi. So in which language does he talk to his players?
Lucky boy! Is she that cute girl on the pic with you?
I know. And he's CFR Cluj fan like your girl friend ... with a lot of sympathies for Rapid.
Btw: Did you really play so poorly against Buzau this evening (0:0)?
Yes, that girl from the picture will be my future wife, and she is not a cfr cluj fanBergodi talk in a poor romanian, but the players are understand him. With Buzau ,Rapid played with the second team.
A bonus pics
And this in Austria ))))))))))))))
I let you guess if i was drunk
Then I misunderstood you. At least she made you move to Cluj...
He really gets along without an interpreter?
So you risked the championship title? In the case of a victory, you would have had a comfortable lead on Steaua & Dinamo...
PS: Nürnberg had to play in Hamburg even only 40 hours after the UEFA Cup match from Thursday night.
Nürnberg have got a new fan in Romania now...
