i saw in the transfer thread a couple of people(including myself) discussing who our top fowards are

to me the top 4 are
    1-Claudio Pizarro-bayern munich
    2-Jefferson Farfan-PSV
    3-Andres Mendoza-Olimpique
    4 Paolo Guerrero-Bayern Munich

im pretty sure most posters here would have at least 3 of these 4 in their top 4

    but who comes next?

    to me
    5-Gustavo Vasallo-Sport Boys
    6-Juan Diego Gonzales Vigil-Alianza Lima
    7-Piero Alva-Universitario
    8-Wilmer Aguirre-Alianza Lima
    9-Carlos Orejuela-Cienciano
    10-Junior Ross-Bolognesi

orejuela is still recovering but he has turned games around for cienciano, i like him more than mostto

and junior ross is capable of being a one man offence for lowly bolo so that counts for something

    3. Guerrero
    4. Mendoza

Now it gets tricky. About a month ago Vassallo and Gonzalez Vigil were head and shoulders above everyone. But they've both since gone cold, GV hasn't scored in about a month while Piero Alva is becoming a one-man wrecking crew.

    5. Alva
    6. Vassallo
    7. Aguirre
    8. Gonzalez Vigil
    9. Goya (the league's 2nd leading scorer)
    10. Rengifo

Mostto, Ross, Rossell and Orejuela are left out. Damn, that's a lot of forwards, what's going on? :)

i have no idea, if i tried to come up with some sort of ranking for central defenders and laterales i would struggle to come up with 10 names, hell I would struggle to think of 5 decent right backs

    btw
I had a feeling you would rank alva 5th, reason i didnt is his lack of goals

Goya plays for huaral right? how old is he

I had to resist the urge to put Alva in the top 4 :)

I know nothing about Goya, the press has done a good job of keeping him completely out of the spotlight.

Orejuela is not the same player he used to be before the injury, are you putting him there because of name only? Chiroque could take his place right now.
