Fortune got behind the defense on the right flank, but was called for a foul. Weak call, imo.

Keane lucky not to get a yellow on a hard foul.

Lovenkrands just ran right through our defence!! again, we got lucky with his shot going wide.

Somebody better stay with Lovenkrands. He is getting open & too many shots.

Lovenkraunds beats two United defenders on the left side and shoots just wide from close range. Double whew!

United are attacking almost exclusively through Giggs on the left flank.

Right back was the most common position Rayna played while at Rangers. But in the SPL, that's almost exclusively an attacking position. :D

Games almost over now. considering there was such an early goal, I never would've expected only a 1-0 outcome..

hey, maybe I spoke too soon. Rangers almost scored

Rangers are realy putting hte pressure on. We have to get a hold of the ball!! it would be a shame to concede a draw at this point.

    Game Over.

1-0 Man U. the one and only goal from P. Neville no less. Another well earned Clean sheet for Howard, he had some very nice saves.

i'm glad i was able to watch this game on my computer. very interesting. I'd like to do this for every match, if I could.

No, this is wrong. Reyna was primarily an attacking midfielder, often playing in the center, and sometimes the right side of midfield. Reyna did play right back for a period when Rangers were short on players due to injuries, but this was by no means the majority of his time there. Reyna scored several goals as an attacking mid, especially during his first year and the UEFA Cup campaign.

BigSoccer folklore and even some of the American media have portrayed him as playing right back all the time. :(

yea, that was obviously a PK, but with only 10 seconds left in the game, I'm wasn't too concerned about it.

Timmy was in great form. Possibly his best game with United, considering who they were playing and where.
