The trophies you've won are not really Newcastle's style Mr. van der Graaf. However, we see you have some promise as shown by the three runners up places. You have £200 million and 6 matches to go and win us a trophy. If not then I'm afraid we'll have let you go.
I actually have £356million in the bank and i'm in the Final of the CL against the dreaded Liverpool. They are my bogey team on FM
Liverpool again and Betis. I hope Chelsea become Ivan Lendl at Wimbledon in Europe. Destined to never win it. Not really pulling for any team. Europe bores. Watching Real Madrid is going to be fun this year though.
Well red is a nicer colour than cat sick yellow after all. Do they also still have those stripey socks?
I want either Real Madrid or Inter to win it, but i have a horrible feeling about Chelsea. Maybe Vieira can win what he wanted
Yep, it's the newest incarnation. I was so bored watching the Rangers game last night, kept falling asleep in the 1st half. We had it on ITV and Sky Sports 2, Liverpool on ITV2 and Lyon vs Real on Sky Sports Xtra. Telewest doesn't allow you to have the match choice, i was quite annoyed that Sky showed Rangers as well as our ITV.
Do you think that was a foul on the keeper? I know keepers get protected by refs but Prso knocked Baia's hand when he was going to catch the ball. I wouldn't fvck around with Prso though, he is a bruiser.
I thought it was going to be given a foul regardless of what the tv cameras showed he did.. you jump in with a keeper and usually it means the free kick goes to the goalie. I was amazed that the goal stood in real-time and from the tv replays even more amazed, ref wouldn't have seen that though. The Scottish ITV commentators said the keeper was weak in his challenge and Prso didn't do much at all, just stand there. So that's why it was given. But then on the analysis they took it back and said they got lucky.
I think the decision was the right one. Unfortunately the decision made when it comes to breathing near a GK always - ALWAYS - go for the keeper. It sickens me. Uckfay the eeperkay I say. Get the ball or genuinely go for it and then you get the call. Stand there there in a camp manner and flap at air screeching like a little b!tch and it's a goal.
I remember the very first Football Manager on the Commodore64. Great days! Basically Posh, the team that made Championship Manager left the company that produced it, and made Football Manager 2005 on their own, which is why the latest CM is crap and Fooball Manager 2005 is so spanking amazing! So in the future, get FM, not CM. CM is plop.
Is there anyways to get a version that works if you DL it from a p2p network? Not that an upstanding citizen such as myself would do anything illegal like that of course. Tried it once and it of course said, please insert the CD. As if I'd bought it.
Hey man, don't knock it. I just need to track down the cracked version. If God didn't want us to watch porn and steal copyrighted material, he wouldn't have invented the internet.
...yep, but I have been told that any download of FM 2005 may work, but the editor won't unless you have the original. Question's all have to wait mate as I have a company meal to attend. Speak to you all tomorrow.
The FM games are now made by Sega and not Eidos. Thankfully. I was chatting to the Chief Exec of Sports Interactive and he said that they left Eidos because of unfair pressure Eidos put on them. That's why the game release dates would be moved all the time, Eidos had to announce it and then SI would be pressured into getting the game out on time. Sega aren't like that. There's a FM 2006 coming out in November or so, should be good. Lots of cool added extras. Manager contracts, finally.. team talks, pre during and post match. It's just good.
I had to take my laptop home and leave it there while i studied for my exams last year. It's too tempting to say "bollocks to this Law stuff, i'm not doing that.. let's play FM!".
You always set yourself a date, like christmas or the CL semi's, for when you will stop. You then realise that 9 months have passed and its FA cup 3rd round.
