If Croatia is playing like this, it can't beat Russia's bus...for sure...

 

Croatia and Denmark have played each other only three times in competitive games:

Qualifiers for the 1998 WC --tied 1-1 in Croatia, Denmark won at home 3-1.

1996 Euro group stage: Croatia won 3-0.

 

FFS, it's not a bus... it's a train... they park trains is Russia not buses

 

The birth of his first-born child came only 9 days before the first WC match against Peru, so he has not been participating that much in the later stages of preparation and also missed the friendly against Sweden .. and he has seemed to lack some focus in the group games, though still scoring a goal and making an assist, but he has not quite been at his usual level so far, regarding both the quality of corner kicks, set pieces, finishing and passing the ball in general ...

 

Schone for Christensen is a more positive move.

 

Same thing happened to Carrillo against New Zealand actually so we know about that issue in Peru

At this rate it doesn't seem like Eriksen will get past it in this World Cup unfortunately. Denmark has been forced to be a mostly defensive and counter team as a result and hasn't been able to look too brilliant. Still they've made it this far and those key moments from Eriksen are still there and it might be enough if their defense and Schmeichel can hold the game.

 

Danish guys actually more dangerous this second half.

 

Scandinavian anti-football in all its glory... Danes succesfully prevent Croatians to express their football.

 

The attendance at this WC is amazing....Almost every game is packed

 

That's the very least you should expect for a world cup!

 

Croatia has looked better than Spain so far .. and quite frankly Denmark is also looking better than Russia, they were just in a much tougher group than Russia.

 

The France-Denmark-Peru-Australia was my GOD: second highest average ranking at the start of the WC, with the closest distribution (Brazil's group had a higher average, but Brazil's ranking put them clearly above the rest --not the case with France).
