does anyone know when it has to be renewed by (for red members)? i sent off my renewal form in april and ive heard jack ******** back. all my friends have received their renewal packs and i cant even access the members section on the arsenal website anymore. i dont want to lose my place as i applied for the red membership in the very first hour it went live..... so if it hasnt been renewed i will slip 40,000 places down the list instanty. i havnt had the chance to phone arsenal because ive been working, i may try tomorrow as i finish at 4pm. im really ********ed off right now, if i cant renew i will actually burst into tears! - im not joking
The email I got yesterday indicated that 4 July was the deadline for renewing... I'm pretty annoyed as well, as I've now dropped down the list considerably. Granted, it's not as big a deal living here in the US, but still quite aggravating.
So you didn't even receive the letter saying that your pack is coming? I received the letter but no pack yet.
if this is all true im so pissed! i will report back tomorow with my report after speaking to customer services (if they ever bother to answer)
also someone nicked my poster out of my arsenal mag before i bought it and my other wisdom tooth is breaking through my gum as we speak! oh happy days....
i phoned and the guy on the phone said it would be fine for me to renew again now (coz they actually lost my first renewal) but sods law took a hold and i had no money on my card to pay my £30 fee with. was gunna ask my girlfriend but the emotional blackmail that would come with her paying for somthing to do with football would not be worth it. so the guy said i can renew on monday!
