I didn't know they were training there. I guess their new digs at Estadio de Buck Owens doesn't include a training facility? Has anyone wandered over to one of their practices and just pointed and laughed?

We should be on the look out for a Bill Belichick type hanging around our practices now. The video-gate saga could spread to MLS!!!

Funny, yet ultimately futile, because the minute the quacks try to leave the HDC, we planned it so they hit the worst rush hour traffic LA has ever seen so that they'll die of old age on the 405 before ever making it back

Huh... so we start the season with four home games, opening against the Quacks and ending with the goats, sweet, way to start the season out with a bang (courtesy no doubt of the mines) It'll be awesome to put our west coast rivals in their places before the season even gets underway

Only two guys I hope LARS and other die-hards go easy on are Glinton and Cannon - not like they CHOSE to be sent to the Quakes. Both paid their dues as Galaxy players.

From the way I understand it cannon wanted out, maybe not to the Quakes but he did say that the locker room was bad and he was glad to be out.

I hear you guys, I hate cheering against people that used to play for LA too (though there are always exceptions) It's a bummer, but I've learned to circumnavigate this dilemma by directing my trash talk into more general terms. Anyway, opening day should be intense...

And that is EXACTLY why I will have no problem riding his case. Why the heck should he be running his mouth about how the locker room was under the coach he is now playing for? Becuse he was supposed to be such a team leader, didn't he have an obligation to fix the locker room problems, not drag them out in the press? I always thought that what happens in the locker room was supposed to stay in the locker room. I hope we humiliate him.

Screwe Cannon. He did mention in the middle of our season how he wanted to go back to SJ. Respect for Albright, Hartman and Glinton.

    In other news...

Joe Cannon is blaming David Beckham for his current addiction to In & Out Burgers.

Here's a recent photo shoot of him sporting the San Jose goalkeeper jersey for 2008.

How many players do the smurfs have anyway? It seems like they've signed no one and have like 12 guys on the roster.

I can't wait to crush them.

I think that article was taken way out of context, he said an EVENTUAL return to san jose, not right away.

i loved Cannon during the season, but now that he's with SJ, he's dead to me :(
