pylometrics and vertical workout

    right now im trying to get that physical and vertcal edge and i just dont think the vertical workout im doing is helpin. right now im doing
    1.deep knee bends
    2.calf raises
    3.Jupming jacks
    4.hurdles
    5. lateral jumps.
    if anyone knows some other exercises to increase vertical or some plyometrics for strength please post.
