Huge match for the Islanders. Currently in the 7th spot, a win will put some much needed distance from Miami (who are currently in the 9th spot with a 2 pt. difference between the two). Not only that, but the team needs a boost after failing to score in the last three matches and going winless in four. With the playoffs approaching quickly, I expect both teams to come out swinging.
Huge win for PR is overage time. A very agressive match, with both sides pulling out all stops. Luckily, the Islanders saved their best for last, and pulled out their first goal in three games. The Islanders needed those three points. Now, a win this weekend against Miami will almost guarentee a playoff spot for the Islanders. Vamos Islanders!
