Match day one for PSG in Group A:

PSG vs Arsenal, September 13, 2016 @ 1:45pm (USA CDT)

    http://www.livesoccertv.com/match/2078853/psg-vs-arsenal/

As that date draws closer I expect more television listings, right now it only shows Arsenal Player for the live showing (free to sign up) and nothing for rebroadcast.

    Good group draw for PSG.

I fully expect us came out top of the group A.

It mentions a press conference today so maybe a full roster later -- TS?

The minor stumbles in the domestic league will take care of themselves and be forgotten if they can make a convincing show (& win) tomorrow. Tickets appear to be as low as 40 Euro -- I don't think you can see Arsenal in their league for that reasonable of a price? Wish I was there -- one of many, many, reasons ...

I'm curious about Krychowiak starting. I would be in favor of that.

As for Silva, now we are in the tough spot of needing to start him despite the fact that it would be best to slowly ease him back in. This is why we should have kept Luiz.

Anyway, I'm not even sure what to think. It would be nice to finally win our group. Allez Paris!

Maxwell and Silva both shown in the 11 on the broadcast. Full squad:

PSG: Areola; Aurier, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, Maxwell; Verratti, Krychowiak, Rabiot; Di Maria, Cavani, Matuidi

    Fabtastic start!
Apparently Cavani's WCQ goals broke the evil spell.

Great start, but now we need to keep the pressure on and keep attacking.

Yes I actually like the Gunners but they look shell shocked (pun intended) so we need to keep shooting and make a heart shot (2nd goal).

From the Guardian UK play by play "17 min: PSG area bossing midfield. Arsenal are running after them like autograph hunters." ;>)

70% to 30% possession half way through the half, Allez!

Yeah, I don't mind Arsenal. Can't stand Wenger these past few years, but the club and players are fine by me. But I wouldn't say that I like them or anything, though to be fair I don't really have a soft spot for other teams.

Marquinhos has been excellent. I'm so glad he is finally a starter even though it should have happened a long time ago.

    We need another goal.

Ospina has been spectacular. Opposing keepers always have the game of their lives against us lol

    Fuck me, this is shameful.

This is what happens when you have a million chances and Cavani misses all but one. The club should have gotten someone to replace Ibra. This is going to be a frustrating season

Neither of those red cards was warranted.

I'm so angry. I can't believe our goal is actually to win the CL. I would pay anyone to find a top CL winning team that thinks they could win the CL with Cavani in place of their current striker.

And I need to see that Giroud incident again, but he should have been carded MULTIPLE times ever since coming on. What a dirty player.

    Haha what?

I've seen Arsenal fans laugh about it and how it was worth it since we'll miss Verratti more than they'll miss Giroud.

OK fine. Both players deserved red cards.
