EBT stands for Electronic Benefits Transfer It's the replacement for those food stamp books. Ya know those terminals at the grocery store that look a little like credit/debit card readers but you don't use them? Those are EBT terminals. Every month, if you're on the dole, they charge up your EBT card rather than send you a check or a book of coupons. Saves a lot of money, and cuts down on a lot of the fraud. You used to be able to peddle $100 worth of Food Stamps for $25 cash and then go buy booze and crack. Or you could just take them to the carryout where Omar from Iran would sell you Pagan Pink Ripple. Now, dammit, you just have to waste the money on actual food. I blame John Ashcroft.
It is funny, but why is he wearing a Crew jersey? Also, why is the EBT card from Mass? C'mon people, when you Photoshop, please put a little effort and love into it.
Photoshop? I whipped this up with just microsoft paint in about 3 minutes. I'm not going spend an hour working on a picture for a joke that really isn't all that funny to begin with. I thought the Crew jersey added to the joke myself.
