thought some of these were quite interesting: Any alcoholic beverages Weapons of any kind (including knives) Food or beverages (unless the individual is in possession of a letter signed by Mark Briggs, Director of Security) Illegal drugs Coolers or containers, including cans and bottles Umbrellas Fireworks or pyrotechnics Animals, except service animals assisting those with disabilities Stroller or baby seats Folding, stand-alone chairs Noise makers Bullhorns, air horns Helium balloons Beach balls Any item deemed inappropriate by stadium management if we have a lot of streamers how are we going to take them in?
It's for real As a Rev season ticket holder, I can tell you from personal experience that they really do enforce this list. You should probably call Craig Tornberg or whomever your sales rep is and ask them to address this. The security staff who inspects you and your items when you enter is a separate company from the the Revs/Pats/Kraft organization. Thus, whatever concessions the Revs make needs to be communicated to the security people. Currently, you have to be sitting in Sec 143 (the Fort--the Rev's lame attempt at replicating Sec 101) to be able to bring in instruments. You tell the security guard you are sitting in Sec 143, then someone else actually takes your ticket after the pat down. I haven't seen streamers all year, not that anyone up here cares enough to make things festive, or maybe it is because they have also been banned. However, last night in Sec 143, they did confetti, though I don't know if it was smuggled in our not. Good luck!
We're working with Craig and he knows what our needs are. We'll send a message out later this week letting everyone who may be going on this trip know what is permitted in the away end.
