Press Conference Info

Should be a good day for USL1 tomorrow. Hopefully we can hear something soon concerning St. Louis and Orlando.

did you read the article in MLSrumors about a rich mexican ownership? and at the press conference they said something about a mexican connection?

i don't think its connected.. the rich mexican wants to invest in MLS, not USL as the speaker said about the USL mexican team connection

I am amazed that's the final crest

It looks fan generated - I mean I'm okay with the content on it.. but the quality seriously looks like clip-art & copy and paste on MS Paint.

 

the crest could be improved easily enough.

put the crown on top the crest, and then the Dutch Tulip on one side and English Rose on other with the stems crossing just under the bottom of the crest. the football doesnt bother me too much. maybe lower it in the crest or put it inbetween the crossed flower stems under the crest.

Of course the website needs some work. Im kind of surprised they went live with that and not something more polished. I hope they get soemthing put together soon, if I was a potential sponsor and looked at the website I might pass.

Still, I think the with effort of the BB and supporters they will be a good addition to the USL. see you next year!

It's okay, but I've seen better. At least it's not like the old Carolina Dynamo logo, where the triangle, for whatever reason (couldn't make that "Move to Back" command work in Paintbrush ), covered up 3/4 of the logo.
