this is my comeback post after a corrupted hard drive --> losing all my football clips, boot pics, links, mp3's and such-like.

does anyone have an idea as to the release date of the blue/white absolutes?

come on people....someone's got to know....

I want to say that they are released on March 15, 2006. I'm not sure though. Try Soccerpulse.com, I know there is a thread over there talking about the Absolute release dates.

I just have one little concern about my new Absolutes. The first time I played with them on a grass pitch, I later noticed three very, very, very, very little knicks. Just a very...... little layer of leather. I belive this is just ware and tear, but just wondering too see what you guys thinks.

mmm are the absolutes comfy? i mean i've been seeing riquelme lately and this is the 4th match (champions league vs lille) were i see that he starts the match wearing the white-gold abs and then he change his boots for a pair of predator pulses

IMO i think the tech on the new preds are awsome but

the design is UGLY
sept the new ones that come out in january...(guess no absolute for christmas)

Maybe on average women are less likely than men to spend $200 for a pair of boots so they have to lower the price to maximize sales?

For whoever asked I can't post pics of what happened to the tongue of the boots as I don't have a digi cam. I think I have the same problem as seanV, but Im just a drama queen, or I was just annoyed that I spent all my birthday money on them and they started to peel already. I didn't end up sending them back, think Ill just keep them as they are, they look okay.

It's just ware and tare I think. You can't prevent it from happening , just keep putting leather stuff on it and it will be fine. If it does get really bad you can just send them back .

All you guys were talking about the Gun Metal Absolutes but the thinng is you saw the big Shoebacca sign on it. He sells his shoes on ebay I no because He makes custom cleats. I think he gets them from the pre-adidas factory. I no this because my friends dad has factorys in hong kong and Mexico and if I want them I can get all white predators or all white copa's. The thing is I get them from a pre-adidas factory so they dont have any adidas symbols on them there just like basic. But pure white. So the guy on shoebaca gets these cleats from the pre-adidas factory, customizes them which means he dies and colors areas of the cleats. He then sells them on ebay the only problem is that they dont last long. Those gun metal cleats may come out but they wont look like that picture.

you notice in that picture he covers the tong up and the only thing with the adidas symbol is the soles of the cleats because adidas send the soles to the pre-adidas factory. THERE FAKE DONT BUY THEM. Look at the real gold/white Absolutes and see how they say predator on them and have lots of detail and the shoebaca's dont have many symbols FAKES

Shoebacca is pretty relaible source They sell alot of sample shoes so I wouldbt be surprised if they were actually the real sample of the upcoming Women Absolutes.

yeah but if you think about it why would they give him so many samples? especially of the same color.
