Going to be interesting because some of the players have yet to return leaving us with the following options

    GK- Cech, Hilario, Turnbull, Blackman
D- Ivan, Luiz, Paulo, Cahill, Hutch, Kane and Nate
M- Ess, Ram, Lamps, Mikel, Hazard, Marin, Yossi, Josh, Saville
F- Lukaku, Kakuta, KDB, Bamford, Piazon

assuming that no one is going to play the full 90 that defence could look interesting by the end of the game

Sounders are down to their 3rd-string keeper... Just sayin'. My eyes will be on Hazard and the younglings.

Almost forgot about Piazon , we are beginning to have a great group of talented young players , hopefully RDM can find a place for some of them.

Cant wait to see Hazard , for his age group surely one of the best in the world.

Looking forward to the match. Will be great to see the Blues in person again! Hopefully no injuries for either side and a great night of football.

Sounder's first string keeper, Michael Gspurning, is recovering from a hip injury. He traveled with the team for the first time in awhile over the weekend. I expect he'll play a half.

I also expect Sounders to play their starters for a good portion of the match. Last year, we played Man Utd. and the managers agreed to play starters for the first half and reserves in the second. Fergie, however, had other ideas and let Seattle make their changes first. (Also, his reserves included Park and Rooney). Final scoreline was 7-0. Ouch. Sigi said after the match that he wouldn't make an agreement like that in the future.

Also, Sounders are working on some transfers. Midfielder Alvaro Fernandez may be on the way out to Deportivo Cali in Colombia. Kaiserslautern's Christian Tiffert and Espanyol's Joan Verdu are both rumored to be on the way in. Nothing will be signed by tomorrow though.

Cannot wait to see Hazard tomorrow. Unfortunately my Hazard kit is still en route so I can't bust it out at the pub tomorrow.

Lineups? I imagine Cech, Ivan, Luiz, Cahill, Ferreira, Mikel, Lampard, Hazard, Ramires will start. Who else? Benayoun, Marin, Lukaku?

I'm thinking Marin since there is no mata. thinking we'll see Hazard get that middle role.

that being said, we may be better equipped for a 4-3-3 at the moment.

devastated i'm missing this game by two days. can't wait for tomorrow.

anyone get any pictures of open practice? forgot what time that was at.
