OK, here's TFC's starting XI: On the bench: Roberts, Williams, Maund, Stinson, Cordon, Wiedeman, Makubuya.
Not sure that you have the time right. Pretty sure it's a 7 pm start. I think the lineup will be more of a 4-4-1-1 then a straight 4-4-2
And guess who just scored? Conor Casey. 1-0 Colorado. We officially no longer have respect for you, Ryan Johnson.
I actually saw that goal as the cross was coming in. There was no urgency from the defense to try to win that ball. BTW I think one of the people on the RPB board predicted that we would get a penalty and Johnson would miss it
Well let's look at the positives. Um.... Hang on. Right...um. We had an excellent first five minutes I thought. Oh, and Silva did really well in the first 40 seconds or so. And why is Henry playing full back? If there's one thing about Mariner I don't get it's that.
Started out on fire but really fell off after the PK miss while the Rapids found there way into the game. Found we started to go too direct at points looking for Johnson runs or Silva to flick the ball on to Johnson instead of holding the ball for a bit and working the flanks. Tough job for Paul has there isn't too many options sitting on the bench to change things around.
Aron Winter apologists should love this game, it's just like a Winter home game. Henry's distribution is still shocking. if it's no better by this time next year when he's 20 i'll start to be concerned, because he's already been given a lot of time and attention in development. I wonder if Johnson doesn't thread Silva that break pass because he didn't want him to get 3 in 3? either way we know he's looking for a goal for himself since he snatched PK duty. dreadful half for him, he must really rise to the occasion on international duty because we aren't given much to rate.
