yep now they got a few pre season games and training-their is no execuse i wish orlando was in nasl this year or i hope next before they enter mls
In a recent interview Rawlins said they are staying in USL indefinately and when asked what about if they don't get into MLS...he said we will, so basically it's MLS or bust.
right, right. No excuse. Oh, except for a list of legitimate reasons for why we might lose this game or struggle. I hope we win. It'll be hilarious to take this stupid I4 Derby cup and we are capable of doing it. But Coach Hill still has a preseason game left to use in order to prepare for April 6th; we have key guys who have only recently joined the team and several of our new starters have only been here about a month. I'd like to see, at least for a half on Saturday, Hill's choices as starters as of now for April 6th.
According to Twitter, Orlando has two buses going to Al Lang that are sold out. That's at least 121 people plus the ones who are driving themselves.
I checked the Rowdies website,I don't see anything about the game being streamed. http://rowdiessoccer.com/
I don't think it'll be big outside of the two supporter groups. Hope to be wrong, but not expecting more than something sub 2k in attendance. For Rowdies fans, we may as well be playing UCF. Which is kind of funny, despite our two losses to them so far. When we have a packed house on the 6th we'll be able to honestly tell orlando "its not us, its you."
Come on guys, lets get out to Al Lang and support our boys. There's no reason that we can't draw 3K for this game.
Rowdies look to reap revenge in second leg of I-4 Derby against Orlando City http://baynews9.com/content/news/ba...cles/bhsn/2013/3/28/rowdies_look_to_reap.html
This game should give us a chance to see the "regualr season" team (at least for 60 minutes or more). Hopefully that will be enough to take care of OC. I just want us to get through the game without injuries. We seem to be finding our rhythm at the right time. Which should bode well for the opening half of the NASL season.
