Which USA player will be the first to screw up the sock combo, by putting the striped sock on the right?

Just label them "L" and "R" like you would putting your name on your underwear.

No one does that anymore? Oh, sorry...

No, I don't do that because the letters would show during the second week when I'm wearing them inside-out...

Im pretty sure a group of grown men can handle putting the striped sock on the same side that the jersey is striped....get over this.

No. Please help my failing brain.

I do remember RunDMB taking off his jersey after scoring in a pre-2002 WC friendly and then not being able to get it back on.

In WC98, Hejduk wore his shorts backward (some sort of superstitious good luck thing).

The announcers kept saying he had his "rally shorts" on (meaning he was wearing them backwards).

I know he did this for the Germany game, but I can't remember if he did it in the other games.

It would probably be deliberate with him, some sort of "hip-hop" style.

Heh, and I was thinking it'd be deliberate on Frankie's part, just to be goofy.

Without doubt, it will be Frankie Hejduk.
